Since being forced to repeat his third year of residency due to killing patients, Doug decided it best for him to switch from Internal Medicine to Pathology.   Doug's experience in killing patients make him quite adept at diagnosing causes of death.   Although he claims to hate dead people, alleging they are out to get him, he enjoys their company from time to time - often playing cards, having tea, and setting up MySpace accounts for them.   Sometimes he even treats them.
